SKY ONE FZE Hiring Receptionist - Sharjah

The company based in Sharjah is looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join their highly professional team on a full-time basis.

Required Education, Experience, Skills/Abilities:

· Diploma or equivalent;

· 3 year of relevant experience in UAE;

· Basic office skills such as typing and filing;

· Good oral and written English is essential;

Summary of position
Responsible for the day to day running of the front office reception. The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization, perform routine clerical work in answering telephones.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Essential Functions

· Maintain a professional and high quality office oriented environment, maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area ensuring a smart professional image at the first point of contact at all time;

· Welcomes visitors, providing general advice and directing them to the appropriate area;

· Be one of the first points of contact to people arriving at our office for meetings with our staff – e.g. welcoming them, showing them to a meeting room and offering them tea/coffee/water;

· Takes incoming phone calls, answer basic queries and announcing or redirect them appropriately to departmental extensions;

· Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mails. Maintains and routes publications;

· Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services;

· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing;

· Coordinate daily activities with office boys on a daily basis;

· Provide clerical support as required by member of the Management.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary will be set according to experience and qualifications.
